5 YEARS –
WORKMANSHIP
From a period of five (5) years from the date of installation, The Front Door Company warrants that Fiberglass/Steel doors shall have no defects of fabrication attributable to materials or workmanship and shall serve for the purpose of normally intended.
10 YEARS –
DOOR
For a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation, The Front Door Company warrants that Fiberglass/Steel doors purchased in the factory paint/stain finish shall have no finish defects causing blistering, peeling, or flaking. Exposure to sunlight, air pollutants and normal atmosphere conditions can cause Fiberglass/Steel surfaces to gradually fad or chalk or suffer discolouration from any accumulation of surface dirt or stains. These are normal occurrences and are not covered under this Warranty. This warranty on the Fiberglass/Steel door and vinyl cladded frame shall remain in effect only if normal cleaning practices are followed. EXCLUSIONS 1) The Front Door Company does not warrant door if storm door is installed in front of door.
2 YEARS –
HARDWARE
For a period of two (2) years from the date of installation, The Front Door Company warrants that the hardware shall remain in good operational condition.
